This is a great opportunity for someone with great customer service skills and existing computer skills to gain office experience on the job.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for directing the flow of people through the business by greeting, welcoming, and announcing clients as appropriate.
This position requires someone with a positive friendly attitude, excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Casual industrial office setting with conservative attire.
General job duties may include:
- Answering phones & direct calls
- Scheduling service appointments
- Data entry/entering customer info.
- Greeting/assisting visitors as necessary
- Communicate/follow up with technicians on invoicing
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc. as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of clerical/customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General computer skills
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free environment
