TDL Staffing is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Anchorage, AK
- Process / close all parts receivers.
- Run end of month for all open purchase orders every 2nd of the month
- Check inventory in warehouse when needed.
- Coding of all parts invoices
- Posting of invoices into payable system
- Assist in reconciliation
- Communicating / reconciling disputed Parts / Freight invoices with Parts department and Vendors
- Assist co-workers in locating invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading.
- Back up to receptionist, covering breaks, lunches, and opening/closing as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of finance or accounting experience
- Must be proficient managing a multiline phone system.
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free environment
