They serve as the primary liaison between their client groups and the various HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development/Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation, and Benefits. This role implements solutions for the assigned client groups. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required Collaborates with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to execute enterprise-wide programs and solutions that meet business needs Effectively balances business partner responsibility with employee advocacy and builds a positive employee relations culture and work environment Acts as a change agent/leader and culture steward Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness and foster inclusion Supports leaders as a strategist, coach, facilitator and architect Champions and supports Human Resources service delivery processes Drives initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, diversity, talent assessment and development Ensures that performance is managed and rewards are distributed based on demonstrated performance Oversees the development and implementation of all HR strategies for assigned client groups Effectively balances business partner responsibility with employee advocacy, and builds a positive employee relations culture and work environment Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals Recommends new practices, processes, metrics or models Works on or leads complex projects Assists with recruiting activities, including interviewing and hiring for client group Participates in outreach activities with community organizations and for team building initiatives Serves as strategic business partner with leaders in client groups Closely partners with client group to align and provide HR service, expertise, insight and solutions to advance the organization’s mission, values, and business objectives Partners with leaders in all areas of HR, including Leadership & Organizational Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc., to drive various initiatives throughout the organization Champions and supports Human Resources service delivery processes Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and to foster inclusion Supports leaders as strategist, coach, and facilitator Builds management bench strength by providing coaching, support and consultative skills to employee-related business challenges Oversees execution of the performance management process, succession planning, 360 programs, etc., for client group Supports business in organizational change efforts; acts as a change agent/leader and culture steward Supports Employee Relations with respect to complex issues and investigations Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects Recommends new practices, processes, metrics or models Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope Individual contributor role with no direct reports Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions Experience: 7 Years of HR experience.
