Job Purpose:
To support our growing business needs in North-America, TCR is looking for a passionate Operations Support Coordinator. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the daily operations of the DTW office. Working directly with the Finance and Human Resources team, you will assist with administrative tasks such as, booking travel, ordering supplies, and providing top tier customer service to our vendors to ensure operations run smoothly.
Key areas of results, responsibilities and accountabilities:
Competencies (Knowledge, skills and abilities) required for successful performance:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of office experience/customer service or related field.
Must have the ability to remain in a sitting position for extended periods of time.
Ability to be proactive and show initiative to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees, vendors, and guests at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail are essential; must be able to prioritize and multi-task with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have a solution driven mindset and drive for success.
Nice to have competencies:
Working knowledge of the aviation and GSE industry.
