Anticipated Salary and Benefits
- Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending upon experience and licensure level
- TCN offers a comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holidays.
Work Location and Standard Work Hours
- Home Base - Xenia, OH
- Full-time
Primary Responsibilities
- Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner while providing a high level of customer service
- Provides general and required maintenance to TCN facilities
- Assists with ensuring safe and well-maintained facilities that provide dignity and respect to all clients
- Available to work flexible schedule due to inclement weather and business demands
- Responds to alarm disturbances during non-business hours
- Travel to TCN locations is required; vehicle is provided and driver's license must be in good standing
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment as well as in the field.
Required Education, Certifications, and/or Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: General experience in maintenance, janitorial, HVAC, customer service
- Certification: N/A
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by TCN
