Job Description: We are seeking an experienced sales specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Objectives:

  • Represent our products and services effectively to meet the needs of our practitioner customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through strategic sales strategies.
  • Actively pursue both provided leads and individually prospected leads to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing practitioner clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to engage potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve sales goals by effectively qualifying and probing potential customers.
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to meet company quotas and standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal integrity, multitasking abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Cold calling experience.
