Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

Position consists of non-traditional reception duties including but not limited to greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, responding to messages, collecting payments, checking patients in and out, but most importantly giving our patients the best service with a smile!

Must be fully available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and some availability on Friday mornings.

Work week schedule is typically (but could vary):

Monday 6:45am-11:30am & 1pm-5pm

Tuesday 7am-12pm & 1:30-7pm

Wednesday 12pm-7/8pm

Thursday 7am-12pm & 1pm-7pm (every other Thursday 9am-12pm)

Friday 9am-11am
