Progression
This is a developmental position in the progression to becoming a Utilities Technician A (Trades III) at Tropicana-Bradenton. The training and progression plan time frame can vary based on experience, but normally can take a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 4 years. Training falls under the supervision of the Utilities Trainer and the Utilities Operations Advisor. If unable to complete the requirements to progress from a Utilities Technician C to a Utilities Technician A within 4 years will result in a review of progress in the program and may lead to termination.

The salary range for this position is $28.08 hourly.
