TBEI is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

TBEI - Lake Crystal is a cutting-edge manufacturer of Class 3-8 truck bodies and truck and trailer hoists, with an emphasis on municipal and utility applications. with a worldwide distributor network, our products are the first choice for everyone from landscape professionals to the US Military.

We are currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who is ready to achieve success, highly motivated, energetic and goal oriented. This role will be responsible for providing great customer service while maintaining a positive company image.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers, and assist with parts and whole goods sales.
  • Coordinate warranty settlement by assisting sales team in determining fault, troubleshooting, coordinating repairs and visiting customer locations if necessary.
  • Create and complete thorough estimates by conducting appropriate research. Expedite and provide estimate support to Outside Sales as needed.
  • Complete and coordinate all details of sales, purchasing requisitions, and follow up of job details.
  • Complete timely call reports and sales forecasting; assist with maintenance of competitor files.
  • Assist Sales Manager with development of customer sales programs as needed.
  • Gather and distribute truck information; assist in coordination of pickup and delivery as requested by Planning Coach.
  • Attend seminars and trade shows as needed.

Requirements:

  • One to three years sales knowledge and experience in the truck equipment industry highly desired.
  • Ability to communicate calmly and effectively with customers, promoting a positive company image.
  • Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone. Good reasoning skills and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with good driver record. Commercial driver's license (CDL) or the ability to obtain strongly preferred.
  • Technical knowledge preferred (hydraulics, steel, various computer report creation, state and federal DOT regulations).
