Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to executives and other team members - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as necessary - Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role - Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors - Experience with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is a plus - Ability to transcribe meeting minutes or other audio recordings accurately Join our team as a Personal Assistant and contribute to the success of our organization through your exceptional administrative skills.
