RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a Taziki’s Brand Ambassador. Describe our food with passion and educate our guests on our menu and its ingredients
• Connect with our guests. Smile and greet guests while on the service line and throughout the dining area. Apply the Six Touch Points of Interaction
• Thorough understanding of POS system in place to sufficiently handle walk- in and phone- in orders
• Follow and demonstrate proper cash handling procedures
• Full standard and catering menu knowledge
• Pay attention to details to ensure the quality and accuracy of guest orders & recipes
• Deliver food orders to guests
• Clean and maintain the dining area
• Accurately prepare fresh food by following recipe screens and prep the correct quantities according to daily prep sheets
• Perform shift side work to include proper Opening and Closing duties
• Adhere to proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures (refer to state, city, and county policies)
• Abide by Taziki’s Standards and all company policies (employee handbook)
• Maintain Health Department sanitation standards throughout shift
• Respect, communicate clearly, and collaborate with co-workers and management staff
• Attend and participate in scheduled staff meetings

WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS:

Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Perform duties that require standing and fast movement throughout the kitchen and dining room. Walk and stand during the entire shift. Position requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and wiping. Work with speed and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
