Taylor Davis Landscape and Construction is seeking a Hardscape/Masonry Foreman to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a hardscape foreman you will create walkways, retaining walls, patios, and other hardscape/masonry projects while supervising 1 to 2 laborers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate duties to laborers and operators as needed. 
• Assist in site clearing, excavation, and preparation for construction projects.
• Work with cement, concrete, bricks, pavers, Goshen stone, and other delicate materials. 
• Provide labor support to crew for the installation of hardscape/masonry features.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to give direction, train others, and work as part of a team.
• Physical fitness for manual labor in outdoor conditions.
• Expert understanding of hardscape/masonry construction tasks.
• Ability to use tools and equipment relevant to labor responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years previous experience.
