Taylor Davis Landscape & Construction is a leading construction company based in Western Massachusetts, known for our commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can operate a skid steer equipped with a GPS controlled grading box. 

Responsibilities

• Operate skip loader to perform grading and excavation tasks.
• Work closely with the grading crew to ensure precise execution of grading projects.
• Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired grading outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on the skip loader and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
• Operate equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Skip Loader Operator in a grading crew setting.
• Ability to interpret and follow project plans and specifications.
• Possession of a valid Massachusetts Hoisting License or willingness to obtain one.
• OSHA 10 Card or commitment to obtaining one prior to the start of the job.
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
