Kitchen Supervisor
*** $500 BONUS for new hires who work 30/hr a week for at least 3 months with good standing
What You’ll do
- Working directly with the restaurant manager
- Ensuring food quality meets Tay Ho standards by following recipes and procedures
- Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and ensure that all food, restaurant supplies, and essentials are adequately stocked.
- Preparing ingredients
- Accepting and putting deliveries away
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Servsafe/ Food Handler certified
- Strong communication with a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese a MUST
