ABOUT THE ROLE : *
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for onboarding clients, conducting welcome calls, setting expectations, and ensuring clients have registered and logged into the client portal.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be a first point-of-contact with newly signed up clients requiring tax preparation and responsible for providing best-in-class experience with every client interaction.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional customer services skills, excellent communication, time management, and is someone who enjoys working in a fun, inclusive, and fast-paced environment.
