ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Client Contact Specialist will be ensuring excellent client satisfaction by proactively contacting clients to provide updates on their cases within a 30-day timeframe. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Proactively contact assigned clients via phone to provide updates on their tax resolution cases within 30 days of previous contact.
  • Document all client interactions accurately and comprehensively in the company's CRM system.
  • Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Case Managers and Client Care to gather relevant information and updates to share with clients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving their tax issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client communication and data confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge of tax resolution processes and client management best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Familiarity with tax resolution processes and IRS regulations is a plus but not required.

PAY RANGE: $20 - $22 per hour

The above-range represents TaxRise’s current good-faith pay scale for this role. TaxRise reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time.
