Day-to-Day:

• Emailing and mailing out all POA forms to cleints for signatures (8821/2848) for Investigation Phase
• Emailing and mailing out all POA forms to clients for signatures (8821/2824) for Resolution Phase
• Process all POA's recived and signed
• Manage all files as received
• Update and corrrect any rejected POA's
• Revoke all POA's once client has graduted
