Job Responsibilities:

Field calls to prospective clients who owe the IRS and or State. Identify through qualifying financial questions what best tax resolution programs are available to them. The Advisor is a resource and advocate offering prospective clients support, guidance and accountability through the onboarding process. It’s a rewarding experience offering tax relief and support to those who are burdened with it.

Successful Advisors are performance driven, efficient, organized and self driven; always asking appropriate, probing questions, overcoming objections, and keeping individual and team metrics at the forefront of their mind.

• Ensure the highest quality client experience from an individual’s first contact
• Drive client acquisition by calling and fielding prospective leads, listening to their concerns and creating a plan of action to resolve them
• Manage your lead pipeline to meet/exceed all assigned monthly objectives

Requirements

• Some college coursework or continuing education
• Computer experience and proficiency; able to navigate sites and applications; technically literate
• Front facing customer experience
• No previous tax experience necessary. Paid, on the job training.

Preferred

• Shown success in telephone sales
• Four-year degree
• Tax Industry experience

Pay

• Starting base pay is $40K Monthly Bonus ($607-$3,771/mo) *at-risk* Average first year reps are making $52k , and $83K for experienced/driven reps.
• Opportunity to move to a 2nd level sales position that pays $67,284 - $105,252
• You are paid a bonus when you hit the month's quota or above. All bonuses are very achievable, and we have people maxing out the bonuses every month.
