Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day operations of the procurement department to support stakeholder’s requests.
• Provide support and administration for sourcing and purchasing, including supply purchases, process expense records, and generate purchase orders in SAP.
• Manage purchase orders, interfaces with accounting and sourcing functions on received invoices, resolve any invoice/PO-related issue as it arises.
• Track and monitor order status, ensure timely delivery and Goods Receipt in the System.
• Perform cost comparison to support the vendor bidding process.
• Assist in building and maintaining supply product portfolio.
• Perform other duties, analysis, and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2 years of sourcing or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, is required. SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicator – able to speak and write clearly and to the point.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Team player and take a proactive approach to daily tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times

Salary:

The pay range for this job starts from $20 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
