Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• According to actual business needs, formulate a detailed workflow chart and list of function description
• Produce Product-related documentation including PRD and wireframes
• Standardize product management processes based on company requirements and policies
• Understand existing business needs and problems, propose solutions, improve business processes, reduce operating costs, and improve operational efficiency
• Work independently or implement process improvement projects in a team environment
• Serve as a liaison between departments in the US and the offshore development teams to ensure process improvements are effectively implemented

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields
• 1 years of work experience in product management experience in ERP, supply chain, retail, business intelligence, e-commerce, or warehouse management
• Proven success implementing product management in a team environment and ability to work self-sufficiently.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems

Employment type: Full Time, M-F 9:00am to 5:30pm

Salary: The rate of pay is between $75K to $85K per year. This is general guideline only and not guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience and location.
