Taverna Tony restaurant is looking for a great sous chef or line-cook! We are looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen. Must be available to work weekends. Hours are anywhere between 9 AM to 10 PM. Responsibilities:
Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Certificate in culinary arts or related field.
A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
