Location: 1808 Powers Ferry Rd, Marietta, GA 30067
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service standards and efficient restaurant operations.
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal use of resources.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help employees improve.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage products.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, social media, and community outreach.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and to handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
