Hamp&Harrys is Hiring a Bar Manager Near Marietta, GA
Looking to hire a Front of House Manager for our new location on the Marietta Square. Bar Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our bar. Assist in optimizing profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Adhere to the company standards and service levels to increase sales.
Support the General Manager to ensure all financials including invoices, payroll, and any personnel related administrate duties are completed on time.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
Maintain professional restaurant image ,including proper uniform, restaurant cleanliness, and appearance standards.
Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues. Interview employees. Direct hiring, supervision, development, and, when necessary, termination of employees. Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Programs.
Manage and maintain bar prep
Oversee training on bar program
Weekly bar inventory and orders
Bar cost management
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Proven work experience as a bar manager
- previous bartending experience
- inventory management
- budget and cost analysis
- familiarity with restaurant management software like opentable, pos, and scheduling software
- capable of walking and standing the entire shift
- capable of lifting 50 pounds, reaching, bending, stooping, and scrubbing equipment
Must possess a valid drivers license. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
