Taste is Hiring a Prep Cook Near South Haven, MI

We are seeking individuals to join our prep team. Prep cooks are responsible for following all recipes of Taste to consistently produce quality product.

Applicants must be 18

  • Ability to work mornings and afternoons
  • Must be able to stand for majority of shift 
  • General knowledge of food safety and kitchen lingo 
  • General knife skills 
  • General math skills 
  • Kitchen or prep experience preferred 
  • Willingness to follow all food production procedures and produce food to that of the quality expected by Taste and the health department. 
  • Ability to follow a written recipe 
  • Ability to follow a par sheet and checklist 
  • Responsible for maintaining consistency in all recipes for the restaurant
