About the Job

TaskRabbit is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. This individual will leverage their analytical skills to guide the marketing function in making data-driven decisions, working closely with marketing leadership and other cross functional partners. 

As a member of the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for driving insights across the TaskRabbit platform, from top of funnel lead generation through the conversion pipeline and retargeting and churn prevention. You will be responsible for looking at performance for all marketing channels including both owned and earned as well as paid channels. This team is responsible for delivering the executional support for our GTM product marketing efforts, providing data expertise to improve and optimize marketing performance across our different marketing platforms and channel mix, and to provide insights that increase conversion velocity based on data and analytics.

This role interacts extensively across the Marketing organization, Creative, Engineering, Finance, Data, and Product teams. Your research, analysis and data input will help shape key marketing decisions that drive acquisition and retention efforts while shaping the roadmap of new product features, funnel optimization, and long-term marketing toolkit requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting, analytics, and optimization testing 
  • Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple platforms 
  • Effectively communicate your findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Discover patterns, insights, opportunities to inform future Marketing strategy, while evaluating current campaign performance
  • Build dashboards and reports for relevant stakeholders through data visualization tools 
  • Advocate for consistent tracking and attribution to accurately understand our Marketing efforts
  • Champion making data-driven decisions and leveraging accurate measurements to improve our business model

Qualifications:

  • A BS/MS in economics, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent analytical experience
  • 3-6 years using analytics to drive key business decisions across marketing, product marketing, business intelligence, strategy consulting
  • Experience implementing and utilizing MMPs (Amplitude, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, etc.)
  • Experience implementing and utilizing Web Analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytic, etc.)
  • Experience building data visualizations (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets using cloud data warehouse platforms (SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with optimization tools
  • Experience gathering, distilling, and providing requirements to technical engineering and data teams
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in statistical techniques and concepts (regression, power analysis, clustering, etc.) preferred
  • Technical understanding of data warehousing/data pipelining solutions preferred 
  • Experience in B2C marketing analytics, business analytics or consulting role preferred 
  • Experience with a marketplace business model and a global brand preferred
