Full Time Clerk position. Duties may include but not limited to assisting with new hire documentation, new hire appointments, scheduling to ensure staff coverage, keeping track of all staff trainings and certifications as needed, annual PPD's and helping with payroll as needed. Provide direct support and assistance to the Senior Supervisor and Supervisors of the department at all times including attending necessary meetings regarding staffing. Cooperates and communicates professionally with all levels of Management and Staff. Must be computer literate i.e. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, MS Word. Office experience required. Healthcare and Substance Use Disorder background is a plus but not needed for this position. High school diploma or GED required. Requirements † Excellent customer service skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Substance Use Disorders.
