**Overview:** We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental reception, possess strong administrative skills, and be familiar with handling phone systems in a professional setting. **Duties:** - Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Verify insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain patient records and confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines - Assist with medical records management - Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to patients **Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, or in an Urgent Care setting is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is advantageous - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This position offers the opportunity to work at the front desk of a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential support to patients and staff.
