Job Description:

As a Lead Field Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for managing and executing sales and marketing objectives to promote our products directly to wholesalers, retailers, and consumers. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will also assist in communicating specific directives to field sales associates and brand ambassadors, provide sales intel to the RSM, and help motivate the team to achieve sales goals. Additionally, you will manage certain markets and high-volume accounts, ensuring they receive individualized attention and care.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in field sales.
• Comfort working with the public and in the tobacco industry.
• Strong communication skills
• Personable, organized, and neat
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Computer with internet access and Microsoft Office
