Description

 Campus Walk Student Housing is seeking a Temporary Turn maintenance technician is a temporary position that will provide temporary assistance during our mass apartment turnover. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. 

• Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work overtime and available every day including weekends from 7/31 until 8/17
• Must at least two years of full-time experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled tradesperson
• Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour

Additional Details:

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal/install.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed. Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
• Perform touch up painting as directed by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor and report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouses, and common areas.
• Participate in apartment inspections and assist in documentation of overall unit condition.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed
