Centerpoint Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent Manager.

Candidate must be a proven and a solid Leasing Agent with experience in the Baltimore market.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily leasing activity 
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs 
• File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Walk the property and report any liability problems noticed immediately
• Maintain resident relations programs as defined by supervisors
• Represent property and Tarantino professionally through dress and behavior
