Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests using Toast to go.

- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner

- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service

Experience:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service

- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus

- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

- Bilingual Spanish - English is a plus
