We’re looking for an IT Manager to support our IT operations and to help us scale and secure our digital infrastructure.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Oversee the day to day operations of our IT infrastructure, including managing hardware, software, and networking systems
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related needs and opportunities for improvement
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively
• Plan and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as needed
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain documentation, including systems configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions for the organization to enhance security, efficiency, and productivity
• Manage vendor relationships and help negotiate contracts for IT products and services
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for strategic initiatives

• 5 years of proven, progressive experience in IT, as a Specialist, Manager, or other similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack and Google
• Proficiency in MDM, SSO, and VPN
• Strong experience with the employee life cycle to ensure best in class onboarding and offboarding
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading IT projects from inception to completion
• Impeccable problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Relevant certifications in IT, security, and project management, such as CISM, CISSP, ITIL, CompTIA Network , or similar
• Startup company experience
• E-commerce or SaaS company experience
• Experience with Rippling and similar HRIS systems
• Experience with administration of Salesforce, Grow, Outreach, Chorus
• Experience implementing SOC 2 Compliance policies and procedures
