Tap House Grill is Hiring a Kitchen Supervisor Near Deerfield, IL

```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Manage kitchen expenses within budgetary guidelines
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry or hospitality field
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food service management
- Familiarity with inventory control and ordering procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in bartending techniques is a plus
