Position : Lead Data Engineer / Data Modeler
Location: Tampa, FL ( open for nearby state)- Hybrid
Open for C2C/W2/Full-time
Experience: 9 Years
Job Description:
Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years demonstrated expertise in logical and physical data modeling (ER)
- Minimum of 7 years demonstrated proficiency using Erwin Data Modeling tool or comparable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and deploying to operational environments
- Minimum of 10 years experience working experience in a multi-terabyte computing environment
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with a large-scale DBMS( Oracle, Aurora Postgres, Snowflake, etc.)
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in SQL and PL/SQL a must
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with change management procedures and Agile SDLC is a must
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead role
- Experience with data governance for design standardization and metadata management
- Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiating, and marketing skills to work with users, senior management, and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using technology and/or integrating diverse user systems.
