Job Title: Lead Data Engineer / Data Modeler
Location : Tampa, FL Candidates within State - (3 day onsite per week)

Job Description
" Multiple years demonstrated expertise in logical and physical data modeling (ER)
" Minimum of 7 years demonstrated proficiency using Erwin Data Modeling tool or comparable
" Multiple years of experience in developing and deploying to operational environments
" Multiple years years experience working experience in a multi-terabyte computing environment
" Minimum of 7 years of experience with a large-scale DBMS( Oracle, Aurora Postgres, Snowflake, etc.)
" Minimum of 7 years of working experience in SQL and PL/SQL a must
" Minimum of 5 years of experience with change management procedures and Agile SDLC is a must
" Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead role
" Experience with data governance for design standardization and metadata management

Preferred Skills:
" Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
" Solid interpersonal, negotiating, and marketing skills to work with users, senior management, and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.
" Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using technology and/or integrating diverse user systems.
