Who are we looking for?
- A 2 years experienced Field Technical Support representative.
- This is a PC Refresh project:
- Prepare AP built PCs for deployment.
- Office PC Deployment.
- Handout office PCs at central location(s).
- Receive old PCs for further disposition.
- Manufacturing PCs.
- Deliver new PC.
- Replace old PC with new PC.
- Install applications which were installed on the old PC.
- Client short term resources may assist with BAU activities.
- Install applications which were installed on the old PC.
- Deliver new PC.
- Replace old PC with new PC.
- Install applications which were installed on the old PC.
- Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
- Education qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
