Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent. The individual will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his/her Manager. The essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Daily processing of Steelcase and non-Steelcase receiving documents

- Daily processing “Open Issues” notifications

- Daily gathering and effectively processing product receiving documents

- Daily processing “recall” orders

- Assist the Scheduling Department send purchase orders for projects

- Serve as back-up role for processing Steelcase and non-Steelcase receiving documents

- Serve as back-up role to update delivery tickets in Hedberg
