The Architecturual Walls Project Manager is the sole source responsible for managing all aspects of a Architectural Walls project, from inception of the project to final close out. The responsibilities encompass planning, coordinating, and overseeing all tasks pertinent to successfully implementing the project. This includes developing customer and third-party interface, managing critical dates, maintaining performance quality and budget objectives with the goal of providing ultimate customer satisfaction.

- Planning and estimating, project evaluation.

- Initiate internal project meetings.

- Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects.

- Develop project timelines and schedules.

- Evaluate building/site conditions.

- Provide technical product support.

- Specification review and auditing.

- Contract Review and full understanding of scope per the contract.

·Understanding of our commitments and obligations to the customer.

·Need to be onsite 30 min prior to Installers (Daily).

·Need to hold installers responsible for being on time.

·Responsible for needed Materials for the next 7 days of work.

·Maintain and Manage schedules (Installation).

·Verifying schedules are being adhered to and if they are not, develop the action items with the PM to get back on Schedule.

·Update Project Managers as needed.

·Able to take accurate field measurements.

·Able to do Repair work and maintenance on existing products.

·Inspect delivered Materials for Damages and Complete list.

·Daily & Weekly Project report to PM review and or revise

·Responsible for Quality control

·Responsible for always keeping the Installation folder and a set of Plans onsite.

·Daily Communication with the field ensuring Tangram processes is being followed.

·Perform Pre-punch walks and create report.

·Willing to work Days, Nights and Weekends as well as Traveling out of State and possibly Country (open schedule).

·Respond to all emails, calls and texts in a timely manner.

·Attend GC and Foreman meetings.

·Fill out JHA’s and any Safety docs.

·Fill out accident reports.

· High Communication with GC and Subs on Job Site and PM internally.

· Responsible for having field tickets signed and turned in for Change order work.

·Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects.

- Develop delivery and product installation phasing.

- Field verification.

- Review order status.

- Attend construction/project meetings and record minutes to distribute to internal team.

- Interface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner.

- Ensure appropriate field paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner including project folders, punch lists, project journals, field change orders, etc.

- Coordinate pre-installation meetings.

- Resolve installation issues.

- Obtain customer approval and sign-off on appropriate documents, i.e. delivery tickets, completed punch list forms, field change orders, etc.

- Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M. Administrator

- Coordinate punch list issue resolutions.

- Close out projects
