Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience: 2 years in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
Schedule: Full-time weekday shifts (No weekends / No after hours / No on-call)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate and manage Occupational Health Clinics located at local utility sites.
- Deliver exceptional medical care, including vital sign assessment, injury and illness evaluation, treatment planning, and medical interventions within the scope of RN practice.
- Maintain a competent and safe practice in accordance with company protocols under the supervision of an off-location occupational physician.
- Champion health and wellness programs to foster a safe and healthy workplace environment.
- Handle work-related injury claims, provide follow-up care, and generate accurate medical reports.
- Collaborate with supervising occupational physician to develop health promotion initiatives.
- Perform other duties relevant to occupational health nursing practice as assigned.
Training Provided:
- Utilization of proprietary software encompassing OSHA, DOT, and workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years post-basic training experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office Tools) and medical data management.
- Capable of providing Basic CPR if necessary, with full range of body motion, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to five hours per workday; occasional lifting and carrying items up to 15 pounds.
Pay Rate: $42 - $48 per hour
