About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact for assigned projects from Order Launch through shipment. Also, you will facilitate the review of customer specifications and the Flexlink quotation such that the scope of work is defined. This position will sit onsite at our partnering groups facility, MGS, located in Maple Grove.

In this role, you are also responsible for:

Estimating, quoting, and documenting changes in scope to customer.

Direct communication to align and reconcile project expectations with MGS deliverables.

Collaborate in assembling project financial plan, monitor the plan and drive for corrective action when plan is in jeopardy.

Work within Flexlink and with Flexlink customers to correct measurable, significant lapses in plan.

Provide ongoing support after shipment as necessary, until customer is completely satisfied.

Arrange and facilitate all customer visits during duration of project.

Obtaine from customer all that is needed for our completion of project: specifications, test material floor plan sign offs, payments, etc.

Coordinate project work plan for successful project completion.

What You Need to Be Successful

5 years project management experience, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Experience in a fast paced, engineered to order, manufacturing environment.

Highly organized and good at managing details.

Effective presentation skills.

Aptitude to deal directly with customers effectively in high pressure situations, not conflict adverse.

Proactive on follow-up, not letting issues linger.

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

Superior ability to plan.
