Responsibilities:
The Tax Senior / Manager will be responsible for:
- Tax compliance preparation.
- Tax compliance review.
- Tax technical research.
- Direct interaction with partners.
- Supervision of Associate accountants.
- Management of numerous client accounts.
- Direct client contact.
- Reviewing and preparing payroll and sales tax
- Preparation and review of monthly/quarterly/annual closings; inclusive of adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 4 years prior work experience in Public Accounting
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree with major in Accounting.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP/GAAS
- U.S. Tax expertise.
- Exposure to Individual, Corporation, and Partnership Taxation.
- Strong technical skills.
- CPA
