A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join one of their hospitals in Brooklyn as their new Director of Recruitment.

- Setting: Hospital
- Schedule: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for:
- Planning, initiating, and overseeing recruitment and employment programs
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Directing recruitment strategy and managing the Recruitment team
- Overseeing budget and resource utilization
- Leading and coordinating recruitment programs and initiatives
- Analyzing workforce staffing trends
- Developing recruitment resources and strategic relationships
- Organizing and participating in recruitment activities
- 2 years of Recruitment experience in a Healthcare and/or a related setting
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or a closely related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Strategic thinking and the ability to formulate effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment programs and activities
- Ability to develop strong relationships within the educational community and other talent sources
- Experience with management information systems in a recruitment context
