A real estate organization in New York City is actively seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join their staff as their new Concierge.
In this role, the Concierge will be responsible for creating an environment that is engaging, welcoming, and professional for tenants.
Responsibilities
The Concierge :
- Acts as the first point of contact for all tenants entering the space and directs tenants to appropriate areas in a professional and engaging manner
- Manages and coordinates all tenants and colleague room bookings
- Supports the promotion of the services provided
- Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of the building and points of interest
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of hospitality or event-planning experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- MS Office skills
- Skilled in customer engagement and creating a sense of community in the space
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
