The Wyndham Fort Smith is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Bellman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both driving and customer service, as this position requires both skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive shuttle van to transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other destinations as needed
• Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle van
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
