SUMMARY The Bike Park Trail Crew will work under the direction of the Parks Manager & the Director of Mountain Operations. The primary duties are maintaining or improving existing bike trails, creating new trails, and infrastructure to IMBA standards of design and maintenance. Trail Crew will ensure the safety of all Tamarack Resort Bike Trails on property. The Bike Park Trail & Build Crew often assists other Mountain Operations Crews.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned, including weekend work. Assist in the removal of hazards on trails and maintain proper markings.Continually monitor trail condition and safetyEnsure safety requirements are met for guests and staffBuild new trails and features and refurbish and maintain existing trails and features.Assist with special events, such as bike races, and festivals.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedProvide excellent customer service.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
