Job Description

Job Summary: The Training Administrator will work with team members of all levels in the organization in conjunction with the Training and Development department to create training and development experiences that empower Talus Pay's team members which contribute to achieving the organization's strategic goals. As Training Administrator for the Training & Development team, you will primarily be responsible for the managing the pulse of the team through the meticulous execution of communications, maintaining and organizing training content, co-facilitation of virtual and live training sessions, as well as manage our Learning Management System (LMS), team SharePoint site and Asana Project System. We are looking for someone who desires to grow their career in the Training and Development field. Responsibilities: * Supports the administration of learning content into the LMS and tests content to ensure its functionality. * Supports training team and end-users with training reports and updates. * Creates and assigns appropriate curricula in the LMS, assigns this content to the appropriate audience. * Supports the technical tasks related to training, recording attendance, co-host support, project tracking, etc. * Maintains and updates content in learning development platforms (i.e., Articulate, Camtasia, PowToon's). * Assist in research and organizing content for training materials, e-learning, videos, and other development modalities. * Works with SME and internal teams to gather, compile and interpret pertinent data for training projects in a timely manner. * Proactively communicates with the team by sharing training assessments, reports, updates, and relevant information from other departments to ensure everyone is informed. * Monitors the department email inbox and assists in training requests. * Help to ensure consistency across all T & D products. * Work as part of the team and meet team Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies to ensure user engagement and goals are met. * Publicize, promote available training programs and opportunities to employees as well as provide necessary information about sessions. Required Skills and Abilities: * Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) experience strongly preferred (Cornerstone a plus) * Strong technical skills. Capable user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Microsoft efficiency and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Asana, and One Note a plus) * Familiarity with L&D best practices and adult learning principles and stay up to date on new methods and techniques. * Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation. * Experience with e-learning platforms (a plus). * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback. * Previous experience in learning, training coordination or facilitation. * Experience in Education, Training, HR, or related field.
