A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER / HOME HEALTH AIDE
In this respite care position, you provide one-on-one support to a single adult female client. You enjoy providing cheerful companionship as you assist with various day-to-day tasks.
Whether you're offering respite through light housekeeping, doing laundry, or making dinners, you take on each caregiving task with a positive attitude.
You are a good decision-maker and are fast on your feet. The client's safety is of the utmost importance. This client may engage in some challenging and unconventional behaviors initially.
Your patience and kindness are central to your ability to provide exceptional care and companionship. No two days are the same, and you must be flexible as day-to-day responsibilities change.
You enjoy helping this delightful client and take pride in knowing your efforts make a difference!
WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time position typically works a flexible schedule of around 10 - 20 hours / week during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
We will work around your schedule as much as possible.
