Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers/Companions to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized care and companionship.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being

- Implement behavior management techniques when working with individuals with challenging behaviors

- Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus

- Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
