Summary:

We are seeking a energetic, detail-oriented, Bank Teller/Personal Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with various banking transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and support the daily operations of the bank.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform cash handling duties with precision.

- Process customer transactions promptly and accurately.

- Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution.

-Assists customers in their selection of various accounts and banking services that will fit their financial needs.

-Maintains a thorough knowledge of all bank products and services to effectively assist customers in the account selection process and explanation of how certain services may work.

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills:

-Math and computer skills.

-Strong communication & organizational skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.

-Ability to follow detailed instructions while following policies and procedures.

-Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employee

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a banking or customer service role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
