Main Function

Manage, develop and lead strategic projects within the companies incorporated to the Family Office, in order to achieve the highest quality of service and the achievement of the goals set by the Management.

Responsibilities

- Lead in the development and coordination of ERP implementation project.

- Develop ERP work plan.

- Responsible for ensuring that the information to be shared ORACLE is correct in time and form.

- Leader of analysis activities, design, documentation and implementation of policies and procedures, for the achievement of efficient and effective results.

- Measurement of Project Results vs. Scope.

- Responsible for the measurement of Project indicators under his/her responsibility.

- Schedule and coordinate weekly project follow-up committees.

- Sending bi-weekly reports to CFO.

- Follow up of planned activities VS executed activities.

- Coordination of work sessions with implementation partners.

- Budget and administrative control of the project.

- Meeting leader with ORACLE supplier to review progress or project needs.

- Responsible in conjunction with the Training area of talipot* to carry out the training of staff on ERP.

- Promoter of the methodology of sustained adoption to change in conjunction with the training coordination (ORACLE methodology).

Salary: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
